Evan Waxman, MD, PhD, is certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is the Founder and Director of Eyes on Wheels, formerly Guerrilla Eye Service. He has been Chair of the Resident Self-Assessment Committee for the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 2017.
